Who: Dean Winchester and Jo Harvelle
What: Couple-y things that don't make sense

Where: Dean and Sam's place.

Sam had been acting weird and Dean had been doing his best to avoid him since he didn't seem to give a damn what he thought about the whole thing. So, they'd taken different time slots in their apartment to keep each other at a distance. Dean went to work, came home, ate some lunch and then went out to bar crawl until the darkness settled in and the sirens made it obvious he should burn rubber back to his place.

This time he picked up Jo on the way, climbing the additional floors and taking her back home. With how much time she spent there it was like she'd practically moved in. Sam eventually got used to it, Dad never did, but he didn't care. He thought he had a good thing going with her.

After fixing dinner, and some shower sex, Dean crawled into his bed and under the covers right next to Jo. He threw an arm around her and settled back into the pillows. He could feel the elephant in the room but had no intentions of discussing it.

WHAT: Eponine's heard rumours and she's got a plan of action
WHERE: A little cafe near HoA
WHEN: ermmm... during the day 11/03.
WARNINGS: Talk of Afterglow and AGI slavery and stuff.

Eponine's already in the pub when Enjolras comes along. She's sat in the far corner, well away from the bar and, indeed, from the other people who sit hunched over pints. Her glass is full of clear liquid - water if anyone asks. Straight vodka, or near enough, if you sniff it.
When Enjolras comes in, she stands up so that he can see her, and waits for him to come over.

"Monsieur? Would you like a drink? A sandwich?" She drops a polite curtsey.

What: Painful talks for lovesick souls
Where: The beach in the drizzle (so it will be empty)
When: Half an hour, give or take, after Yosuke's network post
Warnings: Lovesick teenagers talking of broken hearts

She'd rushed. Eponine hadn't even bothered to dress properly, just shrugged on her old coat from Paris over the baggy t-shirt and sweatpants that she'd taken to wearing in her room. But by flashing a wad of money at the taxi driver, she had not only convinced him to drive her across town to Yosuke's place, but to stop at a fancy sandwich shop so she could pick up some semblance of a picnic for the two of them.

But all the while, she was thinking. What did Yosuke want to talk to her about? What had she said now? Did he just want to cry over Nill?

Eponine barely knew Nill. Had she even spoken directly to the girl? She didn't think so. Funny, wasn't it? Another girl she barely knew sweeping in to take away one of the few people who had been genuinely nice to her. Did she love Yosuke? Not like she had loved Marius. She didn't particularly think of marrying him... more... just being friends. Forever. With a wife, he'd forget her.

Or maybe she was just jealous that yet another person had found happiness.

Eponine couldn't even think any of this through. She couldn't distinguish her feelings so matter of factly. All she knew was that it felt like she had been punched in the gut.

But soon the taxi was pulling up outside Yosuke's and Eponine was buzzing his NV to let him know that she was outside.

Summary: Dirk finally got to go through a update. He was spat out back home into a clusterfuck of a shit storm. He wasn't alone, Karkat too was sent home for a short while. Upon finding themselves back here in the port, comfort and something familiar, something stable is needed.
