Who: William T. Spears and Grell Sutcliff
When: Backdated to earlier this evening, around dinner time.
Where: Their flat
Summary: William's got his memory back, and after finding out how he regained it, he has a few things to say to Grell.
Warnings: May escalate from PGish to more of a NSFW rating, so just be forewarned!
[ It would be a severe understatement to say that William merely disapproved of the method Grell had used to revive his memory. A contract, honestly? He probably should have seen this coming. Grell was never one to think things through. Even now, with the deed done, he was trying to convince William that the trade off wasn't that bad at all...
William grumbles something to himself while he stirs up the contents of the frying pan in front of him. Despite all this contract stuff, he'd told Grell they could redo the whole dinner that was completely spoiled due to William coming home and kicking Grell out. He looks to the side where Grell is attempting to complete his half of the cooking. ]
Grell, do not fill the pot up that much. It will just boil over.
[ How this guy managed to feed himself without William there was a mystery. ]

Y-you can break my heart a hundred times, a thousand! It's all right.
[ He clasps William's hands, pressing them to his cheek and kissing his fingers. ]
We're together now. That's all that matters.
[ The significance of William's apology is not lost on Grell. He tries to smile, despite his tears. ]
There was... something you wanted to show me?
no subject
I know I have kept you waiting a long time for this...
[ He opens the box, admiring it's contents before turning it so Grell can see. ]
If you will still accept it from me after the way I acted.

[ He reaches for the box, plucking the ring from its cushion. He looks from it to William and back again. ]
Are you seriously asking me...?

Oh Will~!
DONE
OOOOoooOOOOOOOooooooOOOH YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!

I assume that is your answer, then?

[ Arms flung wide, he lunges at William, attacking him with a kiss! ]

Oooooh~!
The ruby is so red - and look at those precious thorns.
It's absolutely beautiful, it's perfect~♥

[ William takes Grell's hand, removing the ring.
He pauses for a moment, looking Grell in the eye, then slowly replaces the ring, himself. ]
I told you I was going to do this properly.

[ He looks ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED when William pulls the ring off... ]

[ Clearly relieved, Grell glances from the ring to William and back again. And then, relief gives way to mischief... ]
Going to do it properly, hmmm~?
Then hadn't you better get down on one knee?

[ For once, William has no qualms complying with Grell's request. He removes the ring a second time, keeping Grell's hand in his own as he kneels down. ]
Grell Sutcliff, will you marry me?
no subject
Yes, William T. Spears. I will marry you.
[ The misery he'd experienced; the grief he remembered - all are fading away. The chaos and madness bound tight in his heart unwind. He is happy. ]

[ William slides the ring back on, giving Grell's hand a small kiss before he stands once more.
He adjusts his glasses, acknowledging Grell's joy with the slightest smile of his own. To think his greatest annoyance could also be his greatest source of comfort and happiness. ]
Now that I am officially stuck with you for eternity, I do not want to hear anymore complaints. Understood?
no subject
--hmm?
'Tisn't official yet, we've still got to get ~married~!

[ All set to schedule a quick wedding into his adgenda. ]
no subject
[ Wait for it, waaaaaaait for it! ]
THAT'S NOT NEARLY ENOUGH TIME TO PREPARE!
no subject
The week after next should be good.
no subject
That's not enough time either! We need flowers, and music, and cake, and - everything!
And I'm not wearing a tuxedo to my own wedding, that's ridiculous!
no subject
We cannot afford a large wedding, especially considering I still have that ring to pay off. And a bridal gown is entirely too expensive, if that is what you had planned on wearing instead.
no subject
I'm wearing a red wedding dress with a veil. And a long train!

[ But he stops, sighing heavily. He knows the arguing won't stop Grell and, well, he still feels bad. ]
...Fine. But you will be discussing any purchases with me before they are made.
