Who: Phibrizzo and OPEN
When: September 4th, between 10am and 4pm (just specify when your character is stopping in)
Where: The Seyrunn Shop of Sorcery
What: Business at a magic shop
Warnings: Probably no more than PG
The Seyrunn Shop of Sorcery had two selling points that distinguished them from other magic shops in the city: the magic amulets with spells pre-loaded into them, and Brass Rackets - a sport from the co-owners' world that used enchanted rackets. Neither item required magic ability. Other wares in the shop, such as their selection of magical herbs, ritual items, and other supplies, were for people who were actually magic users. However, the amulets could be used by anyone as a self-defense item against the Darkness monsters, and the rackets depended on the user's strength of will and force of personality.
At the moment, Phibrizzo was placing some of the magic amulets in a sturdy clear glass cabinet that locked. Spotting someone approaching him from the side, he turned to greet them.
"Hello. What can I do for you, today?"

around midday!
From the moment he stepped through the door he could sense it all around him. Not in some preternatural way, though; there simply seemed a lot for him to take in. He could smell some strange mixture of herbs he couldn't quite place, earthy but somehow alien to him, and the range of objects on display weren't so much a feast for the eyes as a glut. Even as he browsed, he knew he was bracing himself for an afternoon of carefully and skillfully avoiding making a fool of himself in his ignorance.
Fortunately for him, it wasn't just any shop assistant who happened to accost him as he entered: it was the young master himself.
"You can start by shaking my hand," Tonegawa answered with a smile, leaning back on the counter with one hand and holding the other out. "You've done a good job in here."

"I uh... expected you to be a little older." She smiled. He was so cute! Reign that instinct in though because Xellos said he was boss man number two.

10am
Now that was interesting, before here was the bit of familiarity she was looking for! She stepped right in, took a look around then, to her surprise, found that she could identify a few things she's certain she'd never seen before.
She didn't seem to hear Phibrizzo's greeting due to that initial surprise, and made her way right over to the rackets. "This is a racket? .. That's strange."

early afternoon.
It's not what he expected, and he browses around for a while keeping in mind this is the same magic shop Willow works at when Phibrizzo's voice stops him dead.
He didn't think anyone would spot him but maybe he looked more out of place than he felt.
"Yeah, uh..." good start. "I think I talked to you on the NV a while back. Came to see the place for myself."

"Morning Phibrizzo," she cast a smile and wave to the young boy, though she was really just browsing around at the moment.

But it was always good to check out the competition, even if no one knew it, yet.
"Hello," He said pleasantly, cane tapping the ground as he came to a halt. "I couldn't help but notice your sign. Magic seems like such a tricky thing to harness, I had to see what you've made of it."

All right. Finally I make it here! - Let's say 3 p.m.
He was quite pleased when he discovered the name of a new magic shop that must have opened in the city since the last time he had needed to seek out such ingredients.
He was less pleased when he stepped inside the shop and saw who was there to greet him.
"We seem to keep turning up in the same locations."

oh good, I'm not the only latecomer sob. 10am
Spying a shop for magic was intriguing enough and he pushed open the door, peering inside. His first instinct was to inhale deeply, gathering the scent of herbs and dried or preserved curios. The smells that assailed his nose were varied and he nodded a bit. They certainly were covering all their bases. Perhaps this place serviced the many worlds of sorcerers there could very well be in the Port.
His eyes fell on the young man working on a display and he nodded politely, scanning the amulets carefully. He could feel the prickings of magic at the back of his neck, but that would be nothing new in a place like this. Obviously they were magical. What nature of magic was difficult to determine at a glance.
With Philbrizzo addressing him he bowed his head slightly in acknowledgment. "I was curious so I thought perhaps I'd investigate the nature of this particular shop," Xehanort replied pleasantly. "I do have an interest in magical affairs, and finding a location like this that clearly caters to sorcerers of multiple worlds is quite a pleasant surprise."
